Delivery Timeframes
Orders are processed within 3-5 working days after payment confirmation. Delivery within South Africa typically takes 3- 5 working days after shipping (depending on delivery location):
- Free shipping is available for orders over R1300 anywhere in South Africa.
- For orders below R1300, a standard shipping rate of R140.
Delivery Address - We cannot deliver to a PO Box and will need a physical address for all shipping within South Africa.
- We cannot be held responsible for a lost parcel if you entered the incorrect shipping information. If you’ve already completed your purchase and realised that the shipping information is incorrect, simply contact us at delivery@houseofdoggo.co.za and we’ll assist in updating the details.
Order Tracking - Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
- We send parcels from Monday to Friday during working hours (this excludes South African public holidays).
Lost or Damaged Parcels - House of Doggo cannot be held responsible for any parcels lost or damaged in transit.
- We also cannot be held responsible if your parcel goes missing once we hand it over to the courier. Should you suspect that your parcel has gone missing before we do, please contact us as soon as possible.
